Hoiatus v\u00f5ib olla nii suuline, kirjalikku taasesitamist v\u00f5imaldavas vormis (n\u00e4iteks e-kiri) kui kirjalik. T\u00f6\u00f6andja peab olema hiljem v\u00f5imeline hoiatuse tegemist t\u00f5endama.<\/p>\n<p>Kui t\u00f6\u00f6andja soovib hiljem korduva rikkumise t\u00f5ttu t\u00f6\u00f6lepingu erakorraliselt \u00fcles \u00f6elda, peaks hoiatus kindlasti sisaldama viidet t\u00f6\u00f6lepingu v\u00f5imaliku \u00fcles\u00fctlemise kohta.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00f6\u00f6tajale on vajalik edastada asjaolude kirjeldus, faktid, mis selgitavad juhtunut ning hoiatus, et t\u00f6\u00f6andjal on \u00f5igus toimunu kordumisel v\u00f5i j\u00e4tkumisel t\u00f6\u00f6leping erakorraliselt \u00fcles \u00f6elda.
