Dispute prevention and resolution

Disputes are inevitable in business, but they shouldn't cripple its development. We offer substantive and strategic advice to resolve the situation in the best way for you – whether at the table or in the courtroom.

Services

  • Compromise negotiations: The court process is expensive, slow and public. Our primary goal is to reach a favorable agreement for you through negotiations, saving you money and nerves.

  • Representation in civil court and arbitration: If an agreement is not possible, we will vigorously represent you at all levels of court. We do not go to court to “try”, but rather develop a comprehensive strategy to win.

  • Strategic analysis and risk assessment: Before entering into a dispute, we will honestly assess your chances of winning and potential costs. We will help you decide when it is worth arguing and when it is wiser to “buy peace”.

  • Administrative disputes: Disputes with state and local governments (e.g. operating permits, injunctions, tax rulings). We protect entrepreneurs from potential errors by authorities.

  • Enforcement proceedings and bankruptcy: A court decision alone does not bring money. We help ensure that the victory achieved on paper is also realized in the bank account, if necessary through a bailiff or the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings.

Fast payment order processing - pros and cons

The expedited payment order procedure is a court procedure with a faster and simplified process compared to the usual lawsuit procedure to resolve a claim for the payment of a fixed sum of money arising from a private legal relationship. Substantive disputes are not resolved in the proceedings and court hearings are not held.

Valuable information to protect your business
